In his role at Stage Six, Eric Oetjen directs company strategy and is responsible for the global operations of the company. He also serves as a senior business advisor to its clients and strategic partners. He brings more than 30 years of experience to the Stage Six team. His experience and leadership have been focused on developing and delivering innovative business solutions, providing outstanding client service, and driving sustainable revenue growth and mission impact.
Prior to joining the Stage Six team, Eric served as the CEO of Northern Lights Solutions providing strategy and business advisory services to social enterprises and other innovative mission-driven organizations that increased their capacity to grow and deliver social impact. Eric also worked as Senior Vice President for ICF, a recognized management and technology consulting services company, leading a $125M, 700+ person consulting practice focused on the fields of community development, education, social policy, and workforce development. His team delivered innovative, value-added solutions to government, private, nonprofit, and philanthropic clients. His team’s services increased the capacity of their clients to achieve their mission, enhanced their ability to grow and measure their performance, diversified their offerings, and increased efficiency and productivity.
Eric holds a Master of Public Policy from the Hubert H. Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Macalester College. He also serves in leadership roles on the Boards of Trustees for several domestic and international NGOs.
